Overcharging rip-off

They quote a low price and then overcharge when job is done. They inflate prices, charged me $149.95 for a gear that retails for $30.95. They charge for a service call and don't tell you until they are done. They charge $50.00 labor for 10 minutes work (while they are overcharging you on everything else.)
They refuse to talk to you on the phone. They do not publish an internet address or e-mail address.
I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Do not do business with them in any city. They can not be trusted and will steal from you.
