I needed to get my garage door realigned. A rep came out quote $300, spent 20 minutes in the garage and came out stating it would be $80o because of extra work. I refused to pay, and he stated that he would have to take off the additional extras he added. He was very angry.

Forty minutes later I went into the garage (after a lot of loud banging noises) and he was sitting in his truck on the phone. He came out and said ok I'll charge you 'my cost'...$600. I refused and more banging ensued. He said he was finished. It appeared to work. 10 days later the door started grinding and stopped. They refused to repair the work. I state I would contact the better business bureau. They laughed and said they did not care. I got another company to examine the work. The gears are stipped and the parts he put back on were used (older than my house!). Don't use these scam artists EVER
