This company cares nothing about customer service and limiting foreclosers during this difficult economy

It is obvious that this company has customer relations communication issues!!!

We met at a Tampa branch office where a community service person from the home office of Homecomings Texas came to meet with homeowners who were having problems with their mortgages. Realizing that these are difficult times for many Americans, we had faith that this would be a step in the right direction.

3 Months later, we have found that we are in a pre-foreclosure status and they will no longer accept our payments. Trying to amend this on own is fruitless.
These people are rude, arrogant and have no business giving loans to anyone.

I would LOVE to participate in a class action suit. Hard working Americans should not be treated like this... Especially during one of the poorest economic slumps this country has experienced in decades.

Let us all unite for fairness against this pitiful company... Homecomings!!
