Ripoff, thieves, unprofessional so called account managers

I have read the majority of usacomplaints. Coms on Homecomings and I have experienced almost everything. Here's the rundown: After we bought our house, the loan was sold to Homecomings. They have raised our payments, we were paying over $400 into an escrow account all of a sudden, they put us into foreclosure after we sent them a check to catch up on payments due to a lay off, and we sent them over $3,000.00 two years ago which they could not account for and still can't account for which put us further back. At times when I would call them, they would reach into this "suspense account" where we had some money to cover part of the mortgage. The customer service reps were so rude, and they would belittle me making me feel like I was a failure.

I am happy to report that we have refinanced and have broken away from these thieves. If there is a class action suit, please add me to the list or contact me. Homecomings needs to be investigated for their shady practices.
