General Contracting recovery from Hurricane Wilma

Unfortunately for me my house was severely damaged from Hurrican Wilma. Like many people we lost a lot of trees... 15 large ficus and banyan trees... It cost us more than $15,000.00 to have them cut and removed. This is when Rex Rosing came into the picture.

After the devistation and having no electricity for weeks. It was hard to move on without the help of a contractor. So much damage to take care by myself. Of course all of the right things were said and there he became our GC.

Two years later nothing has been completed 100%. We finally stopped giving him money from the insurance company because nothing was being done nor finished. Examples, roof, outside bar and patio, inside mold repair, baseboards, painting, window replacement and repair, exterior lighting, chimney assembly, pool cleaning from roofers, pressure cleaning. The outside bar that was worked on and not finished is rotting and rusting.

We found out throught the building department that we are not the only ones. He double ordered product to use on his own house. It makes me sick. People like this deserve to repay the people they have ripped off.
