I got the Southern Living Christmas Book in 2001 and paid for it, which was fine. However, this year I received without ordering the SL Christmas 2002 Book.

I sent the package back and got it a "delivery confirmation" from the Post Office to ensure that it got there. I sent it on Aug 2, it arrived Aug. 8 and I received a bill on Sept. 6 saying I am past due on my payment.
