The owner, Crystal is crazy and keeps making harassing phone calls and sending emails

This company is ridiculous. They go around acussing other cleaning companies for posting their negative reviews - reviews that were made by upset customers of theirs.

Our company has received a number of calls from non other than Crytal - the only person that you can ever get a hold of at this company. That's not including the numerous amounts of emails with threats to sue, file police reports and the most recent threat to "TAKE US DOWN". What kind of a business professional makes these kind of threats and puts them in writting?

To make a long story short - we will have to file a restaining order against this individual and her company because she made threats over the phone that we have recorded on tape.

Not sure what kind of cleaning service they provide, but we just wanted to make everyone aware of this persons psychotic ways.
