Won't let me cancel my contract without ridiculous requirements

I purchased a home in Dec. Of 2005 and thought the present gas fuel support the prior owner had. I spend on time plus they provide promptly. I simply wish to end their shipping company. I've a 500-gallon underground container. They need $1750 from me to purchase the container. I've not a problem with that. Next they say I am caught (their plan) to purchase gasoline from their store for 3 years, then I've to obtain a $1,000, 000 responsibility policy together as successor and obtain the container pressure tested (the container is 6 years old. No additional organization does this. These specifications are ridiculous. The reason when I can easily see, is simply to create it difficult for you really to abandon them. Good way to maintain clients! Next I've discovered numerous clients of theirs with related grievances. They quit and simply continue with them. And so I imagine blackmail works. Next thing is the help of a situation regulatory body or perhaps a lawyer.
