Bait and Switch used on me

While speaking with G, the supervisor of the Rug Large department in Salt Lake Area, he offered me an extended talk concerning the guarantees produced by Bigelow rugs, stating, "They'll return your cash even although you do not enjoy it." And so I purchased the rug, considering it had been Bigelow, a title I respected. First, the specialist introduced with him into my house, a buddy who wasn't utilized by Rug Giant and who, the specialist explained afterwards, was on medicines.

The installation was horrible. I named Rug Giant 3 times and every time they delivered a completely independent contract-out to repair it, but it was never mounted. Furthermore, the caliber of the rug is poor.

I reported to Rug Giantis Customer Support consultant concerning the "Bigelow" rug, simply to get a notice stating the maker wasn't Bigelow, but Mohawk.

Do I've any option with this lure-and-change fraud?
