A copy of email I sent to T&S Baptista Home Improvements:

Dear Tim Baptista:

I am writing you this letter to complain about the work that you did for me at 35 Pine Island Road, Mattapoisett, MA 02379 on or about 12/12.

Eventhough I have contacted you numerous times, you have failed to answer me.

The bulkhead replacement door is warped and sagging after only 18 months. You also never reimbursed me for the time and money I spent replacing all the screws with stainless steel, that you said you could not find. They are easily bought at Home Depot.

Should you continue to ignore me, I will send copies of this letter to the Better Business Bureau and other contracting agencies in MA. As well as my lawyer.
