The "Anti-Service" Company. Worst Cust. Serv. Experience - EVER!

I bought a new home (to me) 4 months ago and thought a home warrantee was a good idea. Boy was that a mistake. I have had 3 claims, the first one was denied and the last 2 are for the same - thing and it is still not resolved. This company will not give you anything in writing if you ask for it! This company will not give you the name of supervisors, the president of the company if you ask for it. This company will not send anything by email or give you email addresses of people within the company.

It takes on average 20 minuites to place a claim and then based on my experience - over a month to get it resolved, but never to your satisfaction.

I think it takes so long, becaue they have terrible processes and no incentive to complete work orders. My experience reflects that they neglect to document 50% of what you tell them and then communicat that to the contractor, so you are stuck explaining everything. They are so inefficient that they must lose a ton of money by sending out contractors to do work without the right infomration. On the other side, they make up for that loss by frustrating their clients so much that they determin to never call them again.

If I was not so mad... I would be in that category.
