Employee Abuse ripoff

I would like to start off by saying, not everyone that works for the company is immoral. I absolutely adore Kyle Wheatley. He's a great man with a huge heart. He will do anything to help you. He means well.

That being said, I worked for Texstar. Unfortunately. I was accused of lying on my hours. I was yelled at, for not cleaning up the trash in the office and emptying garbage cans, when I had no idea that was part of my job description. (The right hand man or I should say girl, should have been a little more proactive with writing up guidelines. She was always a little more concerned about how to get someone into trouble) I was accused of not helping others with extra things, when in fact, I was usually the only one doing those things, voluntarily I might add, it just was never recognized.

I was told to do multiple tasks at once (don't get me wrong, there is a difference between multi-tasking and be overwhelmed with tasks) and if I didn't completel them all in approximately 5 minutes, I was pulled into an office and berated. I was accused to 'surfing' on the internet. (Shelly Wheatley apparently found that I was surfing the web, but she's computer illiterate, so I find it odd, that something I DIDN'T do, would have just popped up on the screen as she claimed.

Not to mention, she said she had checked my redial numbers on the phone and said that I was calling the competition. Weird, since I had never done that. And I didn't find out about the 'competition' until after I told someone at work what I has been accused of. Shelly Wheatley is the employer that does not know how to treat an employee. She is cold hearted and likes to verbally abuse her staff. I'm surprised that she still manages to maintain some employees. Well a few are her own family. They aren't treated much better either.

Needless to say, I've heard countless horror stories from employees, renters, and home owners alike. There is no reason anyone needs to stay working for Shelly Wheatley. A lower paying job, with respect is all I needed to get away from what I would describe as 'hell'
