Did a bad paving job ruined my drain pipes Will not fix either Told us to stop calling Ripoff

This company came to our business and gave us a great estimate on paving our parking lot. We agreed to have them do it. Everything seemed fine except for an area they drove over at the bottom of the lot, it was ripped up. They said no problem, they would come repair it within the week. 2 days later we notice a problem with our sewer line. We tried everything but it was not draining. Finally we find that our outside pipe is filled with asphalt. We call up county line paving. They said they would come down to fix it. A week goes by, they said we cant fix it. So just call someone and we will pay for it. So we did. $200 later and everything works fine. We begin to call them on fixing the lot, they are out of town and will be back in town in a few weeks. They will send us money for the sewer blockage.

This went on for weeks. So we start calling again and also notice weeds are coming up through our asphalt. We tell him about it. He says he didnt have money, he will send it soon and he will be in town in one month to fix the lot. It is 3 months later now, He told us this morning that he is sick of us calling every day. He is never fixing the lot or sending us money. I don't know where this leaves us! I dont want to spend tons in court costs to fix this. We have a lot with weeds growing it in, damage to one area and we will never get repaid for fixing the sewer line.
