They do not stand behind their work/product. Do not use this company! Ripoff

I paid this company $4,000 to build a waterfall with pond in my backyard one year ago. The company gave me no instructions or advice for maintenance at the time the work was done. I noticed a problem this past Spring with the water level rapidly dropping. I have telephoned them 4 times since the problem began but with no response other than the office secretary telling me their schedule "is very backed up" but that someone will definitely call me.

Four months have past since my initial call to them and they still have not made any effort to contact me. I have had to resort to trying to find a reputable company to service and repair the waterfall, which is going to cost a considerable additional amount of money.Pro Designs Landscaping obviously feels they owe their customers no followup consideration once they have received payment.

To me this is nothing short of theft. Anyone reading this report would be ill-advised to use this company for any work!
