Ripoff Junk leads with the excuse that you have to wait at least 3-6 mths for results

I've been with House Values for almost 3 moths now and it just seem like a waste of money. When I talk to the rep. About the bad phone numbers I get an excuse that since the e-mail address is "deliverable" that it's a good lead. I have leads that I've been sending email to for the entire 3 mths with no results, and the excuse I get from the rep. Is that the leads only use email because they don't want to talk to a live person that's why they are using the internet. I'm stuck and pissed off.
