Bowtie Builders - Jeremy Ralston Added a sun room to our house

After the addition of the new sun room, the construction between the existing house and the new room leaked.
Also the weight of the new struction seems to be making the room sink.

We called many many times, sent e-mails, faxes, etc. With no repairs done yet. We did receive a response about 6 months ago, stating that Jeremy would come by to put a new valley in the roof. But as of today, no show.
