I hired Yellow Rose Builders of Dearborn, Mi. To replace my damaged chimney from the roofline up to repair a bad leak in a room behind the fireplace. They replaced the chimney in June or July and I had no leak after that until spring of this year. I repeatedly called and e-mailed Yellow Rose Builders. I talked with two employees a couple of times and they kept telling me to wait because they were backed up from all the rain we had this year. After waiting for about 2 months I tried to reach them through e-mails and phone calls with no luck. The leak is bad and ruined the drywall, insulation, floor, and carpet. I am trying to hire someone now to repair the leak and I am going to take Yellow Rose Builders of Dearborn Heights, Mi. To small claims court to recover the money for the repairs and damage to the room.
