Rip off

Mr. Roehr came by my home to give me an estimate to enclose my patio area. Quoted me $600; sounded good. Gave me a contractor's invoice and his business card. All looked good. Asked for $300 down and the rest upon completion of work. I have called him on several occassions and told me that someone would call me to let me know when they would be coming by. Never happened. After a couple of these type calls he no longer answered or call back. Posted his business in our local paper under Service Directory. Gave a phone no. Of 512.590.9161 which I believe he screens to avoid calls and to accepts calls for more rip offs. I called the Texas Attorney General office and they informed me that they had 1 one report on him within the last 2 years. I hope to get a copy of this.
