Ignores Emails, Does Not Deliver, All Around Scammer!

Made an order 2-3 months ago, never recieved anything. I emailed the guy asking for a refund, he acted like he would give me a refund but never did. Basically stole my money, the card I used to buy with has been cancelled. Now he ignores my emails. I've tried calling and he makes his little girl answer (household phone). Just don't do any business with this website! It's a headache!
