Construction & Repair

I would like to start by saying palm harbor homes SUCK!!!

My wife and I purchased this home in Aug we have had several problems with the floors, pipes leaking, doors not closing properly probally usual stuff in manufactured homes. The problem is when they send these "contractors" out to fix the floors or leaking pipes it takes at least three times to get it right.

The air conditioning unit they installed is to small for our square footage, according to several people that work for them, they still will not put a bigger unit in. On days that are very warm it stays 78-80 degrees in our home with the thermostat set on 68. Their a/c tech came out and checked the unit he said it was working fine but he would recommend palm harbor put in a bigger unit. That was two months ago its still hot as hell in here.

They are nothing but a bunch of liers now they claim the unit is the right size and the problem must be with the duct work. All they want to do is put the problems off until the warranty runs out.

Please do not buy a home from these loosers!!!
