We bought our home 1 year ago. We had to have the sink fixed 3 times The skirting wasnt put up right but my biggest problem with them from the very start was the terrible carpet in my home!!! About 3 months after we moved in, it started to get worn spots in it. They have continued to get bigger every since. Now all of our carpet looks bad. My grandsons knees would turn black from crawling on it. They told me to call the carpet company because it was their problem. The company told me it is because it is a low quality indoor/outdoor carpet. It is not made for high traffic! What! Palm harbor said they didnt know this, yea right. I have been fighting them about this for awhile and still not getting anywhere. They said they put this carpet in all their homes. When you look at these homes look at the cheap carpet, cabinets, walls, flooring, and ask your self how long is this home going to last?
