Dear Real Estate Riches Subscriber,

As you are aware, Real Estate Riches, Inc. Maintains a website and database for your benefit. While the database of Members names and contact information is protected by contract and by law as Confidential and Proprietary Information and Trade Secrets of Real Estate Riches, we have now learned that James Canale, an independent operator for the Philadelphia area, has acknowledged that he has taken such contact information concerning Real Estate Riches Subscribers from the Companys database.

The removal of such information by Mr. Canale was without the prior knowledge or consent of Real Estate Riches and we wanted to assure you, that since the database intentionally contains no Social Security Numbers or credit card information, your most crucial personal data has not been compromised by Mr. Canales totally unauthorized actions.

Mr. Canale has also engaged in improper bulk e-mailing to Real Estate Riches Subscribers, and as a result, Mr. Canales status as a contractor for the Company has been immediately terminated effective June 20, and demand has been made upon him by our legal counsel for the return of all Confidential Information and Trade Secrets, in his possession in accordance with the terms of his Agreement with the Company and applicable statutory provisions.

Real Estate Riches sincerely apologizes for any contact you may have received in the past or may receive in the future from Mr. Canale or any persons, firms or entities acting in concert with him.in order to protect your interests, please be aware that any communication you receive from Mr. Canale, or any entity or person with whom he is affiliated or which does not affirmatively and accurately state that it is from Real Estate Riches is wholly unauthorized. If you receive any such contact, Real Estate Riches would be appreciative if you notified us by e-mail, regarding the same at bobby@realestateriches.com. Please attach a copy of any such unauthorized contact to your e-mail. You may also fax the same to (941) 330-8009, Attention Bob.
