Malfunctioning light!

This group of 6 solar lamps. All work fine aside from one. Really gray, hardly lights. Difficult to view during the night. Bought in the Home Site, Lebanon, PA July 1. They offered me faulty item and that I don't believe that I'll store at Hampton Bay again!
