They are the worst rental company ripoff

I rented a couch and a bedroom set from them and I call the orkin man and he said that where ever i got the boxspring from they sold it to me with bed bugs in it because they were still sealed in the plastic and they were in the couch also when I called them to tell them they said very disrespectly No it did come from us when the orkin man just came and said they sold me that but they are very disrespectful and i had to tell them that i was moving so they can come pick it up because at first they didnt want to come pick it up but I wasted my money and i want my money back.
