They have a slick telemarketer that calls on the elderly and lies to pressure them into buying high priced chemicals for their septic system. They are telling seniors that the EPA is requiring them to buy these chemicals and they won't take no for an answer! The tell their victim that the goverment requires it and they are going to ship the products and bill them!

My Mom was targeted. She said she didn't want them, but they shipped anyway. Only when she called and threatend to report them did they cancel the bill.
