Flooring done 3 times and not right ripoff

I allowed them remedy 3 times and floor is still not
right. This last installation, wood has shrunk.
The boards have pulled away from each other. I have talked to Empire Carpet to get my money back and they refuse. They want another remedy to put down another floor. It will be a year in August that this started.

When they did the 3 floors, they dropped my TV which is now not working. When they dropped the TV they ripped off part of the Entertainment center and broke and bent the knob. They broke a special angel out front. They broke two knobs off of an antique baseboard. My walls were filthy where they put they hands all over it. They left boards and filth all over my yard all three times. After the first floor was considered horrible and had to be ripped up, they fired one of the contractors. That contractor kept calling me and harrasing me to get his job back.

They refuse to give me my money back.
They want a fourth try! No way. I have gotten an attorney.
