Get Organized
Getorganized order was not complete. No help in getting total order! Ripoff

I ordered from a catalog, which is also on the internet. I ordered an air cooler, costing over $100.00,
which had included two ice packs, which was not in the received order. I called the company, and explained, only to be put on hold, over and over, then tried calling customer service directly, which no one ever answered!

Finally, I was put through to a supervisor, only to get a leave a message recording, in which I did, though never received a call back! I then tried e mailing them, without a response ever received! This catalog/company is the worse ever, to deal with, or to get satisfaction from a incomplete order!

They have not sent what would of completed the order as stated in ad! I give up!
