The product received (fruit trees) was completely different than what was expected. The trees looked completely dead. The size was very small (between one and two foot in length including the roots). The catalog appears to show full grown trees.

To get a refund, the product must be returned (at the customer's expense) but there is no guarantee that the return items can be accounted for.

There is no easy communication channel with customer service.
I called my bankcard account representative who filed a dispute.

The company is still threatening to charge the card again. After finding so much negative feedback online, I was prompted to submit a report.
