Customer service is absolutly terrible the workmanship is horrible and the entire esperiance was dissapointing ripoff

To whom it may concern:

We moved into our home in Sept. And we have finally had enough! First off the experience was less than good from the begining. Do you realize that there is not one home owner on our street that is happy with your product.

It takes way too long if at all to get any response. Most people that we have dealt with have been extremely ignorant at what they are doing. Not to mention all the things that you are now saying are not included in the warranty. We sent our fix note back in Sept and still to this day have yet to have the countertops fixed. After continually calling we finally got a guy to come out and pull on it for awhile. As he says oh this is bad. I will be back on Fri to fix it.

We are still waiting for him. It is not like we got our homes for free we paid you more than enough to expect quality. All of my floors squeak the rain gutters in front freeze and leak. Our home was supposed to have been 10ft more to the south but at that point what were we to do. Your quality of workmanship is at best absolute minimal with no consideration for long term. It is all about you making your buck and cutting corners where you can.

We have been so dissatisfied with all of these things that we go to all of the other companies and look at their homes and share what you try to pass off to people. Not to mention the quality of integrity is very disappointing. We have been promised many things that we have nevr seen or heard of agian.in the last 3 month I have had 7 people ask about our home or even possible buyers inquiring and my response is always the same. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! You have all these people driving around in trucks all day looking very busy but really doing nothing. If it wasn't for this lot we never would have finished with you all. I will never refer anyone to you all.
