Don't let them in the door without examining furniture on porch!

Jennifer Convertibles delivered the wrong color and wrong style couch to a family member. They refused to take it back without a $30 "restocking fee" for the mistake they made. Calling them was useless, from store clerks to manager. They don't care. It turns out the Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints on these people.

Don't let them in the door without examining the furniture thoroughly.in a small town, one would think word of this experience would grow quickly.

By the way, the flimsy fabric they use wears away instantly. Very poor quality.
