Is a ripoff business from hell

I ordered $60.00 worth of gardening items, Plants and such. The order came in two different shipments. The first shipment was totally dried up -Dead - they said it was in dormancy. It has been about 3 months, not a sign of life in it.

Second delivery - the box was totally demolished - plants mostly dead and broke up.

Email address and phone number given, no one answeres - and the email address comes back unable to deliver.

$60 dollars shot - everything dead.
