Never anticipated this new drain to break or processor

We've a dual Americast pottery drain that was mounted within our renovated home roughly 7 years ago.in the last 10 weeks, the most effective form of the drain continues to be breaking a rusting and also the back top where nothing touches it's cracked off pottery and it is great and rusting.

I'd prefer to understand what Americast is prepared to do to create this right. Kitchen sink must last atleast 20 years or even more and we'd haven't anticipated this new drain to break or processor particularly where nothing actually makes connection with it.
