Dallas County South Patsy Hodges - Team Leader is a RipOff Artist

Patsy Hodges signs for her broker David Osborn to get purchase and sales agreements with other brokers in order to increase her office income that she refuses to honor.

She signs the standard 50/50 split initially to get the deal and then welches and offers only 20% after the deal closes. She is totally unethical and works outside the bounds of the Texas Department of Real Estate Broker to Broker guidelines.

I'm certain her boss, David Osborn is not aware of her practises. Like not setting up the standard trust until all legalities are finalized.

She should NEVER be trusted with home buyers. Clearly, never the public!
