Do not ever use this company. I spent 2,2800 dollars for a one bedroom.instead of the driver using a 16 inch truck he used a 20 inch truck.

The movers were very unprofessional, and the customer service staff was as well. The movers showed up two days early, I had to practically put them out Thursday night at 10:30 P.M. I was told by the mover Will that your office would call me Saturday with a quote, no one called. Until I contacted you Monday. I was informed by the driver he would be there Monday-no phone call, no nothing.

Tuesday we had a major snow storm here and most of yesterday, your company wanted me to pay an extra $100 because your company promised him that amount and I would be reimbursed.??? I had to tread out in dangerous weather and sick - because of the inconvenience of this company. Teresa, they moved my stuff. I signed a paper regarding my furniture, I was told that my amount would include reassemble of furniture. One of my book shelves were severely damaged -he told me he would fix it before he left. Teresa, the movers left and didn't tell me they were leaving. Good thing, I didn't sign a document stating I received my things and I have all my things. I called the driver to let him know what he had done, he stated he had to go and was on his way to another job.???
Your staff was inefficient and uncompromising, I am still not understanding why my card could not be charged. Which was another inconvenience for me, seeing my bank is in Texas.
I have a severe medical condition, having to go out and run all over a city that I am yet not familiar with only agitate my problem. Now I am serverly sick.

I am thoroughly outraged, and will be looking a legal remedies, if you or someone higher up cannot assist me. I felt the money I paid, I did not get service. Also, I do have witnesses to the events. I have to pay out more money for my bed and another book shelf, as well as the other pieces of furnitutre they disassembled
I am asking for a reimbursement of my a part of my deposit - I understand my move was over the quote. However, I am seeking remedies to resolve this issue.

PS. Yes I have read my contract and I do know that I am (customer) is provided due customer service for a service. Stress and emotional distress is not apart of that service.
-i spoke to Brandi in customer service two weeks ago. The Direct TV people where here to set up my equipment. One of my boxes were stolen. This company uses illegal day workers to assit the drivers. Brandi never called me back.
If someone wants to sue this company let me know
