Slow at refunding credit card... Several calls. No money after 2 months

I ordered 2 knife sets and accessories on Jan9 th. When we discovered the freight charge for ground was about $79. I called and cancelled on Jan 12 th. I talked with Malcolm X8382,

I've called and e-mailed a few times since including today 3/5/06 and talked with Rachael. She assured me the money would be refunded... But wouldn't give me her extension #
They are a terrible company to get a refund from.
