Rip-off on watergarden installation

Less than a year ago this company installed a pond/watergarden system in my backyard. I was charged $5,000.00 for this. Since then I have had continuing/multiple problems with my pond. Such as leaks, incorrcet electrical wiring, waterfalls not working.

I have so far spent an additiona, $500.00 on getting the wiring done correctly and having some leaks fixed. I have made multiple calls to Seasons, they did come out twice and only temporarily fixed some problems. This was only after I called repeatedly. They eventually stopped returning my calls or said they would come out to get me off the phone and then never showed up.

I have now found a watergarden speciaist who says it will take revamping of the installation to get it working properly, and will cost me anywhere from $2,000 to $5,00.00.
