Purchased a vaccum from the company, that promised me other attachments with the product that i never received. Yes, i too have my faults like not paying off the payments. But that doesn't give Jose Oceguera (General Sales Director) the right to knock on the my doors and tap on my windows for hours to collect money that is owed to the company.

This company and individual doesn't give a damn on my financial situation, which he was told before hand. Not only is he persistant, he's a terrorist. Terrorizing and threatening if money isn't paid.
