Will not honor warranty

This guy is a very disrepectful man. He talks to you like you are nobody worth his time. Doesn't even use good english. I purchased a tankless water heater from him, six months later it melted, I contacted him and he told me that he would not honor warranty because I didn't send in warranty card to register the warranty. I did this on-line at his web-site, but there is no way for me to prove it.
