Rip Off Fraudelent Billing and Refusing to respond to the Better Business Bureau. New York New york

This company was suppose to deduct seventy something bucks from my Debit card, instead they took over three hundred dollafr. I did not accept their package and they did received it back in the mail. They recieved documents from me that detailed this over charge but they would not refund my money. They further did not respond to the Better Business Bureau or by bank. At one time a manager from the said company said she would refund the money but more than a year has passed now and still no refund.
