Ripoff coach laughing on the phone at u won't answer the questions rude30mins on phone then they hang up dishonest

SMC-Specialty Merchandise Corporation, Is the biggest ripoff company there is. I ordered there service for a year once they got my money didn't here from them for a while. Finally when the coaching person (Doug) called me. He said that I only had 20 mins. Of his time. Well I didn't understand alot about the way they did things. But for the first 10 mins. All he did was just laugh and laugh and said that my time was up and try to get your money back if your not satisfied and laughed some more and hung up. But from here everything went down hill. I have sent everything that they have sent me back to them in the required time frame. I have my proof from the post-office that everything was returned in the time frame they required. I have sent letters to them and no response back. I have even made several of phone calls to SMC but they keep giving me the run around. I still haven't received my payment back into my account and this has been going on sence Sept. 2006. All I want is my money back and to let other people know that SMC is nothing but a big scam. To take your money and to give you nothing but headaches and hassles.
