Friendly until you pay them then ignores you

Salesman was very friendly on phone. Answered all my concerns and took every call or returned each call until I paid them. Decided to sign on to rent my Timeshare. Fee was $499 but because Memorial Day Weekend was approaching (May) I got in for the "pre-holiday sale price of $199.00" when I almost backed out at $499.00.

I was told my Timeshare qualified for a 5 Star hot property location that they wanted in their holiday inventory because they were sure it would be rented out by someone at their holiday open house.

I have been trying to get the credit card charge reversed. My card company has informed me they can't do anything about the charges because Copeland has supplied the contact and has submitted proof that they've honored their contractual agreement. Their ad looks like a cheap photocopy out of the II catalog.
