Dishonest fraudulent when they sold me a couch they said was leather Ripoff

On August 10, I bought a sofa along with a couch from Levitz Furniture. These were offered in my experience as equally being "leather." Both products cost 1973.79. I settled one more 5-year Guardsman Leather Protection arrange for both products, which price 169.98. The safety strategy was bought from Valspar of 4999 36th Street, Grand Rapids, MI, 49512.

On May 24, I observed great of the cushions about the sofa. I named Valspar, who delivered something consultant to correct the harm. It had been informed in my experience once they came the sofa and couch were only part-leather, along side plastic. The support agent fixed the harm.

After I had been informed from the fix consultant the sofa and seat weren't all-leather, I named Levitz Furniture and talked towards the supervisor, Charles Schuster. Mr. Schuster stated there is nothing he might do. He offered me the phone towards the "new homeowners" of Levitz, who had been Prentice Capital Management.

I named Prentice Capital Management and was informed these were not accountable for any misrepresenation by Levitz. I had been informed Levitz was in "Section 11 Bankruptcy" and that I would need to offer specifically together.

I again named Mr. Schuster, who informed me he was sorry but was not able to do something to assist me.

On June 8, I observed more breaking about the sofa. I again named Valspar, who delivered exactly the same support consultant out to correct the harm. The support consultant had a plastic restoration system together with her every time she arrived. She fixed the couch once more, declaring she couldn't assure the fix of the sofa.

The sofa has since damaged again. I've named Valspar plus they currently inform me they'll not protect plastic couches.

I will have a sofa that I bought like a "leather" sofa that's actually, component Plastic and it is in bad restoration. I bought a-5 year
"Material Plus Protection Program" to protect the furniture and also the safety organization today will not protect it since it isn't Leather. I'm ashamed using the run-around and fraudulant misunderstanding from Levitz, Prentice Capital Management, and Valspar (mom organization of Guardsman).
