Century 21 Shore and Country "In Topsham Main" ruined my financial state, and made my life hell from the moment I anounced I was moving out.

First. This is why im writing this report. After we moved out we went for a meeting with Century 21 Shore and Country. They announced that we were not going to get our security deposit back of $1300 and not only that they were going to charge us $7300 for "damages and labor." This came to us a giant shock because we left the house in perfect condition minus a few removeable spots in the carpet.

Second. The property I rented from them was listed as a 3 bedroom and turned out to be a 2 bedroom because the owner was storing her stuff in a locked bedroom, but they promised us she would move her stuff out and give us the bedroom we "needed". That never happened.

Third. Were actually friends with the previous tenets of that house. They told us "after we allready moved in" that we should watch out for Shore and Country because they tried the same thing with them and it had to be setteled in court as well. All things they tried to charge them with never got fixed and now were getting charged for the same discrepencies they never fixed prior.

Fouth. We made a few trouble calls on the garage door and some plumming issues. All calls were not not documented and the garage door never got fixed "broken link" and the plumming leakes we reported immedialty were not taken care of till several days after we reported them. "They are trying to charge us for a new garage door open now"

I didnt know such buisness existed. DO NOT rent from Century 21 Shore and Country in Topsham Maine no matter what. I am not a person who will spread false information. Im only doing this to stop people from falling into a horrible situation as i did.
