Is the most UNETHICAL company I have ever dealth with. Ripoff

My pipes bang whenever the dishwasher, the washing machine or sprinklers run. They have made several trips out, but refuse the fix the problem. The owner Chuck Vershaw tells me it's normal. I should have known I'd have problems.

From the beginning the plumbers were arguing with the Foreman. Also the Foreman told me that since the underground portion of the piping was not on his paper work, I would have to dig my own trench or else they wouldn't connect my piping to the city supply. I couldn't believe it. I had the same experience as other writers regarding their Customer No-Service and the vulgar replies when I tried to explain things to Ed Michaud. Chuck Vershaw, the owner, has only one line - pay or I'll sue.

It's my opinion that you shouldn't use this contractor or believe their advertising. With my experience they did not do things the way their website and literature describes. I feel that they took advantage of me. I ended up hiring a handyman to fix my plumbing and repair my walls.
