Salesman sold spa with no moving fee. Was told could cancel within 48 hours. Called, cancelled. They won't refund deposit

Went to Pomona Fair Sunday 10/22, looked at Jacuzzi spas. Salesperson told me if I bought floor model at the store It would be cheaper and because I was moving in 2 years, her company "would move the spa anywhere within California for free". Because I was not real sure I wanted to purchase spa, she stated "You can cancel if you call me within 48 hours". I was required to give a substantial deposit. After I got home, and thought about how difficult it was going to be for me to get it wired up and considering the fact that I live alone, have problems walking and would have great difficulty getting in and out of the spa, I realized there is no reason for me to purchase this spa.

I called within 48 hours and told the salesperson "Cancel my order". She told me she would have her manger call me. He called and we discussed the reason for the cancellation. He said he would call me back. Another mangager called to say I could not get all of my deposit back only 20%.

Now, three weeks later, I still have not received any money back.
