Doesn't pay their suppliers Ripoff

When we used Ibarras Cement to pour our driveway, curbs and sidewalks they accepted our payment in full and then failed to pay their suppliers. Their failure to pay caused mechanics leins to be placed on our property.

After repeatedly trying to get the owner, Leo Ibarra, and the company to respond to our phone calls, we have had to file a lawsuit to try to get them to pay. Their approach to customer service is to lie to us when we question them about the problem.

When they can't lie about the problem and pretend that they don't know about it, their new approach to customer service is to hang up on us when ever they hear who it is that is calling them.
