Poor Service and poor customer satifaction ripoff

I got my home theater unit back after 17 weeks hope it works good. Company called when I was getting ready for work, wife went and picked up. No apology or anything for taking so long. Will not buy from HH Gregg ever again or recomend them to anyone.
