Did not finish work promised ripoff

John Johnston came to our house and promised to sealcoat our driveway and fill in the various cracks that had formed. He laid down a coat of tar and left.

The next day, the cracks were still there and I called to let him know that he should return and fill them in. He never returned the call.

I called several tmes, and received one call back where he vaguely promised to return at some point in the future to fix the work. That was over 3 weeks ago and the work has not been complete.

Mr. Johnston was paid for his work and essentially did nothing, as the cracks in my driveway which were to be filled in, are still there.

It would be my hope that he would return to finish the work or to refund my money.
