Ripoff

CSW, Inc (John Scoefield) is a landscaping and lot clearing company and I hired them to clear a lot for my family to build our home on.

They have been paid in full when the job was allegedly done. (which was to cleare and cut trees, grind or remove all stumps, roots and debris from the lot and put up the silt fence correctly in said area that were on the contract, so that the builder can lay the foundation for our new home)

After CSW was paid the builder (Prestige Homes) came in to do the foundation and they could not dot it until the stumps and roots that CSW hid under sand and mulch were removed at my expense. (I had to pay another company to come in and remove the remaining stumps and roots.

And since it had to been done quickly of course it was more money and none of this would of happened if CSW, Inc (John Scoefield) was a legitimate business man, he's not and I promise that everyone that I come in contact with will know just what kind of man he is. He broke the contract, he cheated me and my family, and he intentionally deceived us for his own personal gain.

I do believe this would be a theft of service done by CSW, Inc (John Scoefield) I want reimbursed for the money that was used to pay for a job that wasn't completed per his contract, and I'll stop but not till then... It's the principle... *for the record I have emailed CSW two times with no response * he has also been verbally told of the situation by some of his employees... He will not respond...

I GUESS BECAUSE HE KNOWS HE CHEATED ME AND MY FAMILY AND NOW HE CAN'T FACE ME! Thanks for any help in this matter Adam Sgroi

I just want my money back for the incomplete work that was not done reimbursed to me.
