Ripoff Decieved me and very dishonest

Back in March I received a voice mail from Meenan saying that they would be delivering oil the next day. I then called Meenan and cancelled the delivery because my contract had expired and I wanted to price around. The following day they delivered the oil anyway without my authorization. I was not expecting a delivery and my oil burner was on at the time of the delivery and the oil delivery sucked up sludge from the bottom of the tank and caused my oil burner to stop running. I was then left with no heat or hot water for the remainder of the night and my oil burner has not worked the same since.

Meenan sent me a bill for the delivery with a very high price per gallon. I called to dispute this bill on several occasions dealing with very rude and obnoxious customer service people one of them actually told me it was not their problem that they delivered the oil anyway. I was told each time that a sales rep would contact me and fix the problem and get me a better contract offer. After months and months of phone calls and notes on my bill a representative from Meenan failed to call me. The result from this was late fees mounting and oil prices climbing and I had no contract. Finally after countless phone calls and mounting stress and anxiety I finally spoke with a manager by the name of Peggy. I explained to Peggy what had happened and she said that it was very bad that these service reps treated me unfairly and refused to return phone calls. The result from that conversation is that she would get back to me with a resolution and waive all late fees and offer a new contract.

Peggy also never called me back and ignored three voicemails left for her. At this point I had a sick pregnant wife at home and I was worried about running out of oil and very stressed out and sleepless thinking about this issue. I demanded to speak with Joe Nassallo the General Manager. I spoke with his assistant instead and came to a resolution that they would offer me a $2.46 ceiling contract which I signed and returned. I never received an oil delivery and was tricked into paying an UN fair price for my previous bill. They told me after a week of waiting that they would not give me the contract without a 1000.00 deposit. I was promised a contract by the General Managers office and they refused to honor it, and refused to put a Supervisor or Manager on the phone. Now I'm left with a credit card bill I do not agree on and an intermittent running oil burner and a low oil tank as well as no oil provider and a very upset family thanks to Meenan oil.
